Awarded legal advisor and assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Warsaw. Highly experienced in managing acquisition processes and corporate governance, specializing in building enterprise value, and managing regulatory risks on the European market. Investor with 15+ years of experience in energy, real estate technology, and education sectors.
Proven track record of top-level advisory in legal and finance with extensive experience in an executive and non-executive supervisory role for private and institutional funds in real estate, construction, infrastructure, transport, energy, ITC, healthcare technologies, robotics, education and art.
Chief Visionary Officer by passion, responsible for building a development vision and tools necessary for its implementation.
Wojciech Dąbrowski
Manager with extensive experience in the organization, management and restructuring and privatization of business entities (about 150 projects). Included 6 years of CEO of Industrial Development Agency position, capital group of over 100 companies with 20,000 employees. Involved in key operations substantial for achieving current and strategic goals of state economic policy.
Graduate University of Warsaw - Faculty of Management - MSc Finance and University of Natural Sciences and Humanities - MSc Pedagogy.
Effective implementation of many projects: organization of the company from scratch, developing a strategy for the industry consolidation and restructuring, placing production and service in foreign markets, implementation of large contracts (organization, cooperation, offset, financing and organization of production in the ordering country), evolve of Special Economic Zones (2.2 bn USD Investment, 25 thousand sustained workplaces).
